Privacy

Privacy on this website

Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form so we can reply, and basic analytics about how the site is used. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

This note covers lsprimegroup.com, run by LS Prime Group Limited, Auckland, New Zealand. Our product HiAnda has its own privacy policy at hianda.nz/privacy, which covers HiAnda accounts and the calls it answers.

The contact form

When you send the form we receive:

  • your name and email address
  • your company name, if you give it
  • the project type you pick and your message
  • your IP address and browser type, which our server adds to help filter spam

The form is delivered to our email inbox at [email protected], and that is where it is stored. We use it to reply to you and to talk about your project. No newsletter, no mailing list.

Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from bots. It loads when you start filling in the form and sends Google information about your browser and how you use the page. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read. It sets cookies, IP addresses are anonymised, and we strip query strings from page addresses (except standard campaign tags) before anything is sent. You can block it with any content blocker and the site works the same.

Phone calls

09 886 7001 is answered by HiAnda, our AI receptionist, which takes a message for Marcus. How call details are handled is covered by the HiAnda privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we need them to reply, work with you and keep normal business records. If you'd like yours deleted, ask and we will.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected]. If you're not happy with our answer you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
